                    delivered. the delivery has been lodged by the sender and is currently being processed through our

                    process might take up to 2 weeks. (For Australia and New Zealand it can take up to 3 weeks due to
                    evolving COVID situation and fumigation policy.) Dispatch is included in delivery lead time, and
                    once it is handed cover to COZYMATIC's delivery partners, your order will become trackable and
                    tracking link will be sent by email or sms. Therefore please don't worry in case you only receive
